Special Attacks
Big Bang
Cast by putting one hand to a 90 degree angle of the wrist, palm out. The Big Bang is slow moving, yet densely packed in a narrow beam. It can cause major damage and doesn't take a long time to charge.

Eye Lazers
Very thin, this technique is used to make a precise hit on a target and do major damage. It has a large range and moves very fast.

Final Flash
Vegeta's signature attack, it is very similar to the KameHameHa, although it takes much longer to charge and it causes more damage over a larger area. It is slow-moving, but one of the most powerful attacks in the series.

KameHameHa
Created by Master Roshi and Goku's signature attack, the KameHameHa is an extension of one's Ki that is expelled through one's hands. Hand position is generally in the shape of an open clam. The direction of the blast can be controlled in mid-air, and combined with other techniques becomes quite devastating.

Kienzan or Destructo Disk
Krillin's signature attack. A flat, circular plane of energy, a Kienzan can cut through almost any surface. It has this ability because, like a knife, its edge is very thin. Although the person using this technique generally has more success when they have a higher power level, it also allows weak adversaries to take out strong ones in a single blow.

Kikoho
Tenshinhan's signature attack, it is performed by shaping one's hands into a triangle. It sacrifices the life force of who is casting it in order to boost the attack's strength. Almost impossible to dodge, it is similar to the Taiyoken, but affects a smaller radius and is much more concentrated.

Makankosappo or Special Beam Cannon
Piccolo's signature attack. A highly condensed beam of energy, the Makankosappo can pierce the strongest of armor. It is casted by putting ones first two fingers on the forehead, but takes a few minutes to charge up.

Masenko
Basically Gohan's version of the KameHameHa, the only difference is that it is charged above the head and hurled like a soccer throw.

Renzoku Senkoudan
This attack surrounds the enemy with dozens of Ki packets, which then collapse upon the poor target. This lets all the energy hit at the same time, rendering it very powerful.

Rocket Punch
Android 16's unique attack, the rocket punch packs an incredible force. The hand does not explode on contact, and can be re-attached after firing.

Power-Ups
Assimilation
The act of absorbing another's body in order to use its strength and energy. Creatures that assimilate take the characteristics of their victim, and any of their abilities.

Kaio-ken
Devised by King Kia (who cannot even perform it himself), the Kaio-ken is a powering technique that enables a person to times his/her's powerlevel by 10x. The technique must be used sparingly however, as the more it is used the more the body of caster becomes damaged.

Oozaru
When exposed to the light of a full moon, a Saiyajin involuntarily transforms into a giant monkey-like beast. While in this form the Saiyajin's power is greatly increased. There are two ways to reverse it, one is to chop off the tail of the Saiyajin, and the other is to get rid of the source of moonlight.

Power Absorbtion
Since android 19 and 20 do not contain internal power supplies, they must rely on absorbing the ki energy of others through two red receptors on the palms of their hands. This allows them to fight as long as there is someone to steal power from.

Super Saiya-jin
A highly powerful state, Super-Saiya-jin is only released with intense rage by a Saiya-jin with a pure heart or evil. During this state, the Saiyajin's hair will turn yellow in color, and the eyes become a greenish-blue tone. Half human, half Saiya-jin hybrids tend to go SSJ at a younger age then pure bloods.

Super Saiya-jin Level 2
An extremely powerful state, SSJ2 is even more damaging than the ultra-buff USSJ, without the hit in speed and manuverability. SSJ2 is very similar in looks to SSJ, it is characterized by bolts of electricity that streak around and through who ever reaches it.

Super Saiya-jin Level 3
Another leap in power level occurs when someone attains SSJ3. This transformation alters the body somewhat: the eyebrows disappear and the Saiya-jin's hair grows thick, full, and VERY long.

Super Saiya-jin Level 4
Level 4 is the highest level a Saiya-jin can go, (for now). At this level your strength and speed are "GOD" like. The Saiya-jin's hair gets short again and turns back to the color he/she already had. They also get red fur on their back and chest.

Ultra Super Saiya-jin
A sort of mid-level between SSJ and SSJ2, USSJ is a very strong, yet very slow form. It takes a long time to attain, and produces a lot of stress on the muscles causing them to vastly increase in size. This increase in muscle slow down speed.

Transforming
When a being runs into an opponent it cannot defeat in its orignal self, it often transforms into a more powerful state. This process usually takes a long time, and wastes a lot of energy. Creatures that do have the ability to transform avoid it, because the shape-shifting puts a lot of strain on their bodies.

Maneuvering
Bukujutsu (Fly)
With the concentration of ki energy, it allows the Z warriors to defy gravity and soar through the air. Almost every major character has this talent.

Hikou
Hikou is the ability to fly around without the use of Ki. Only the androids have this ability.

Instantaneous Transmission
The allows of a creature to move from one location to another without the passage of time. A specialty of the Yardrat-jin, only a few non-members of their race can perform it. Some especially powerful ones are capable of teleporting other people as well.

Zanzoken (Blur)
Dematerializing and quickly moving to another spot close by. Leaves a silhouette of the person for a short period of time in their original location, causing the "blur" effect.

Other...
Fusion
This is done by performing the fusion dance, which when done correctly, will create a being that is much more powerful than the two subjects. The fused being takes on the characteristics of both of the bodies, but usually looks more like one than the other.

Regeneration
Although most species can heal themselves over time, few can regrow limbs or heal themselves in an instant. This technique, known as regeneration, enables a being to restore themselves to full health, although often this process lowers their power level significantly.

Taiyoken or Solar Flare
Cast by fanning ones hands over the face. Generates a tremendous amount of light, temporarily blinding any nearby enemies.

Telepathy
The abilities to communicate long-distance using one's mind. It does not provide any control over the target though
